Common questions
Are you a law firm?
No. ATG is a filing assistance service. We help you prepare and submit formation paperwork. We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice — for that, talk to an attorney or CPA.
How much do your packages cost?
Package pricing is quoted in person at your visit, once we understand what your business needs.
What does the state charge?
In Texas the state filing fee is $300 for an LLC and $25 for a nonprofit corporation. It’s passed through at cost, separate from our package price.
Who is Northwest Registered Agent?
A national registered agent and business formation company. ATG partners with Northwest to submit filings and provide registered agent service.
Do you really come to my house?
Yes — anywhere in our service area. Prefer phone or video? We do that too.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Ask about payment plans when you book.
LLC or nonprofit — which do I need?
We’ll explain the general differences at your visit. Choosing a structure for tax or legal reasons is a decision to make with an attorney or CPA.
